职位描述：
Be responsible for all HR related issues, including but not limited to Recruiting, Employment contract, Payroll, Social insurance, HR reports, Applying work permit for expat staff, New staff orientation training

Update Global HR system and cooperate with headquarter HR team for system maintenance.

Arrange staff training plan, leverage company internal and external training resource.

Organize staff activities and build a friendly office culture, including staff birthday celebration, annual dinner and team building

Be responsible for office some administration works
