职位描述：
Creative Director sets the tone for the quality of work. Partnering with account management and strategist in conceptual and strategic direction to deliver compelling business-shaping creative solution to meet business needs of our clients.
 
- Sets and maintains the creative direction and goal for specific projects and accounts
- Lead and coach a team of Designers in our Puxi Shanghai studio.
- Drive and contribute to the Creative deliverables through brainstorms, research, concepts generation, and outstanding craft.
- Contribute to the preparation of client presentations and make clear and well-founded creative arguments. Make pitches where necessary.
- Draw understanding and inspiration from a wide range of sources.
 
Key selection criteria:
- Ideally you will have at least 10 years’ experience in graphic design; of which preferably at least 5 years’ hands-on experience in packaging design, branding and integrated marketing.
- Preferably with 3 years’ experience in leading and mentoring a team of designers.
- A passion for brands, design and the latest trends.
- The ability to imagine, create and produce ideas that people love.
- The ability to lead and inspire a team of designers and foster learning and excellence among team members.
- An eye for the finer details and the ability to craft designs to the highest standards within tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a close team.
- Excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English.
- Strong presentation skill
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. 举报 分享
