Job Responsibility:
? Be responsible for the day-to-day management of customer orders according to the customer requirements and AMPLEXOR standards.
        Be working independently on customer service deliveries with the supervision of the Senior Service Manager:
? Engagement and Service setup
? Execution of service quality plan (SQP)
? Process execution, improvement and optimization
? Monitoring of overall workflow timelines including service delivery (translation, revision, DTP, etc.) as defined in SQP
? Project financials including P&L for the project (revenue, Gross and Contribution margin), preparing Invoicing, managing KPIs, reporting
? Identification and reporting of cross-selling opportunities to Account Management
? Client relationships management including mid-to upper level operational contacts, representing the organization to the customer; ownership of customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:
        University level or equivalent 3 years degree language, communication and/or business related;
? 3 to 5 years’ experience in service/project management or in similar roles/businesses;
? Demonstrate an in-depth experience in operational service / project management processes and methodologies, preferably related to Language Services
? Demonstrate experience of successfully managing customer relationships at mid and upper management levels, including difficult situation, conflicts, and complaints
? Leadership and organisational skills
? Outstanding communication skills (email, phone, presentations)
? Language skills: excellent knowledge of English required, and German and/or French, or additional languages are an asset
? Strong organization skills in order to meet tight deadlines and organize heavy workloads or complex project situations
? Stress management
? Demonstrated ability to work individual or as part of a local or virtual team
? Good knowledge of commonly used computer desktop applications and services (e.g. MS Office, production applications, Adobe Acrobat, Internet, …) and knowledge of computer translation tools (e.g. TRADOS, …)
