YOUR TASKS:
岗位职责：

1. Front-Desk Management:
1. 前台工作
- Receive external phone calls, screen and transfer internally in a professional way
-负责电话接听并作适当转接
- Handle faxes, courier deliveries and other supplies
-收发传真，快递，接待供应商
- Updating telephone list timely
-及时更新公司通讯录
- Prepare conditions for visitors, welcome, register and guide them internally
-负责访客接待，欢迎，登记及引导

2. Admin Function:
2. 行政工作
- Purchasing and distribute stationery and other consumables with timely and efficiency.
-负责办公用品和易耗品的采购及发放
- Payment application for admin related expense & cost allocation
-行政相关费用付款申请
- Support in travel plan for other team member (booking flight tickets, hotel, pick up arrange and etc.)
-支持公司员工出差行程（预订机票，酒店，接送安排）
- Arrange and supervise office cleaning, shuttle bus service, storeroom management
-管理办公室保洁，班车和储藏室
- Conference room booking and setup coordination
-预订/安排会议室
- Support with other administrative issue internally
-其他行政事务支持


YOUR PROFILE:
任职要求：
- College degree or above, major in Secretary, HR, Administrative Management preferred.
- 大专以上学历，文秘/人事/行政专业优先
- Good communication skills in both Chinese and English
- 具有良好的中英文沟通能力
- Highly motivated, persistent and results driven
- 积极，耐心，有责任心
- Easy going, Reliable, Team player, willing to learn and develop

工艺流程包括：卸料、输送、分离、混合均质、称量配料、化合挤出、造粒、干燥、冷却和包装等。
我们的客户主要为国内外知名大型行业企业，如Bayer，BASF,Sabic,中国石化,神华集团等等

我们的工作时间为周一至周五 8：30-17：00，并提供多条线路班车。(莘庄，普陀，松江）
