职位描述：
1.每季采购订单的整理，根据供应商订单交期，提前安排相关的出运计划。
2.跟踪各供应商采购订单的出运情况，确保订单按交期准时入库
3.收集各供应商的出口单据，并上传主要数据到ERP 系统，
4.与第三方物流供应商保持联系，确保每季订单的入库以及出运计划顺利执行，实时跟踪订单的入库以及出运情况.
5.及时解决工作中出现的问题，确保订单在各个相关方面的顺利操作。
1.Season purchasing order list collect with vendor confirmed delivery date， 3PL capacity booking and inbonded and outbonded schedule making,
2.Follow up with vendor for inbound delivery and ensure PO arrival timely
3.Collect the DOCS from vendor and uplodading master date to ERP system
4.Coordinate with Vendor and 3PL/warehouse hub, ensure scheudle smooth running
Monitor the 3PL/warehouse hub status about PO inbounded and SO outbounded
5.Solution of reasing issues timely,ensure smooth operation in all aspects of related funcitons
职位要求：
1. 物流及国际贸易专业全日制大专及以上
2. 优秀的英语能力（口语和书写）。
3. 熟悉贸易公司的进出口操作，报关流程，相关海关/商检法规等。熟悉国际贸易中的货运代理操作流程，贸易条款，运费等相关内容。
4. 熟练使用办公软件，熟悉ERP软件的使用
5. 3年或以上的进出口贸易，报关及相关物流工作经验。有纺织服装出口行业经历尤佳
6. 有良好的团队合作能力，积极主动，灵活，愿意承担额外的责任。 有一定的抗压能力，能够独立自主的完成工作。
Requirements:
1. Majored in Logistic or international trade. Associate degree or above.
2. Excellent English in written and oral.
3. Acquiring the professional knowledge related to import and export, be familiar with the customs clearance、inspection procedure at the Trading Company, and the law of customs and CIQ. Attending the import and export consignment and payment verification is preferred.
Familiar with international air-freight, sea-freight Inco terms, freight cost, and other related issues.
4. Excellent MS Office skill, know well ERP system and operation
5. above three years experiences in import & export, logistic, trade field.
6. Strong team player, pro-active, flexible, willing to take additional responsibilities,
