职位描述：
Main responsibilities:
1. Verification of customer contracts and supply specifications with regards to quality-related content for direct electronics business
2. Carry out quality planning tasks in the development phase of electronics products
3. Ensuring the problem solving of escalated electronics quality issues
4. Conduct supplier audits (S-, FRT-, P- audits) and supplier releases (T-audits)
5. Provide the support to supplier, brose plants and customers regarding electronics process knowledge
6. Lead PPAP and PSW review and approval, and complete SAP documents (e.g. A2/A3)
7. Support customer visit to electronics suppliers in China
8. Participate electronics quality gate meeting
9. Ensure ESD skills at brose plants and HQ.
10. Support change management and release

Main requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in electronics, automotive manufacturing, or other comparable engineering area
2. More than 6 years working experience in Quality area and at least 2 years as quality planner
3. Experience in the new energy vehicle or high voltage 48V as perferred 举报 分享
