主要工作职责
Design and produce marketing materials including thought marketing collateral, event collateral, infographics, presentation slides and perform ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Manage projects, work with team members to implement and drive internal initiatives and projects which contribute to an enhanced service offering and promote awareness.
Determine project scope including effective brief taking, negotiating deadlines, and creating and communicating timelines.
Provide technical knowledge and the ability to finalize ongoing projects and manage rapid response requests for design, print and electronic deliverables.
Maintain the marketing materials are brand compliance, identify and initiate improvements to the design and execution of presentation graphics material.
Provide technical assistance and best practice guidance on branding to internal staff in the creation, reports, documents, screen presentations and other materials.
Assisting to deliver brand and design projects, proof read documents for typographical errors and inconsistencies in layout.
Keep up-to-date the branding guideline requirement.
岗位任职要求
a. Knowledge
Typical Education Level/教育背景:
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experiences preferably in advertising agency
Degree or Diploma in Visual Design, or equivalent qualifications from recognized institutions is required
Good at playing with typography, calligraphy, drawing and sketches
Relevant experience, knowledge and professional qualification / 相关经验专业知识资质:
Technical skills in graphic artwork and design production: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, FreeHand and Illustrator, and Adobe Acrobat Professional; experience in both print and digital media, HTML is a plus
Creative thinking who can translate business concepts into dynamic and effective visual communications, and can think out of the box
Drive the highest levels of visual design excellence and direction across all media and products.
Create high-quality visual design across all aspects of digital marketing, social media and brand.
Ability to translate brand guidelines into design implementation
Meticulous and detail-orientated, can take ownership of the work and shares the responsibility of meeting the team’s delivery goals
Printing knowledge
Experience in leading video and photo shoot projects
Well versed in PC and Macintosh
Basic knowledge of software programs such as Word and PowerPoint, and all design-related software
Good command of written English and Chinese
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, working with staff at all levels, excellent accuracy, attention to details and time management skills
b. Skills and Attributes
Abilities, personal characteristics and competencies / 能力、个性特点和素质
Strong on creative, presentation layout, visual design and printing production artwork
An excellent eye for multimedia design trends both in China and abroad, across print, web, and mobile design.
Creative, able to come up with innovative ideas to support brand and marketing efforts.
Able to articulate clearly design rationale in the context of user experience and brand.
Experience with user interface visual design (mobile and web) a plus.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup-like environment, and with strong communication and leadership skills to work in a multicultural office.
Expert level with design tools: Photoshop, Illustrator.
Multimedia video content and production experience a plus
