The Role
It’s your job to effectively manage our client’s official website and social media voice, with smart localization and an understanding of the Chinese sports fan. You will be responsible for website, weibo and wechat content development and execution for top US Sports leagues, teams and athletes. This is a demanding yet exciting role which constantly challenges you, therefore you are required to stay proactive and respond to emails and make social posts at various times. You are responsible for their digital content voice in China.

Job Description
1.Manage social media content localization, writing and distribution
2.Create unique social content for sports clients
3.Manage website content synchronization, localization and video updates
4.Manage the content portion of your account(s) and w ork closely with the content and design teams and make sure it’s in line with 5.brand guidelines of the respective sports account
6.Social media campaign creative idea contribution, documentation & execution
7.Work closely with account team to deliver insightful monthly and quarterly digital and social monitoring reports
8.Build the relationship with key fan groups, influential KOLs and columnists
工作内容
1.负责内容本土化、文案撰写及发送
2.为体育相关客户创造独特的社交媒体内容
3.负责中文官网内容及视频更新
4.管理你所运营的账号内容，与创意和设计团队共同合作，确保内容紧密契合体育组品牌营销战略
5.社会化媒体活动创意提供，内容创作和执行
6.与团队合作，并制作有建设性的社会化媒体营销的月报和季报
7.开发与维护球迷团体、意见领袖及专栏作家的关系

Requirements
1.Minimum 1 year of social media, website or professional writing experience (Journalism degree a plus)
2.Excellent reading & writing skills in both Chinese and English
3.Advanced knowledge of digital media, marketing and general industry
4.Passion for Sports and Sports field knowledge
5.Knowledge of US Sports leagues including NFL, NHL and NBA
6.Preferable heavy social media user (Wechat, Weibo, Facebook, Instagram etc.)
7.Good planning and people skills
8.Good communication skills in English and Chinese
9.Assertiveness, responsiveness and great attention to detail
能力要求
1.1年以上社交媒体策划、网站编辑工作经验或者相关专业经验（新闻相关专业优先）
2.优秀的中英文读写能力
3.熟知数字媒体，市场营销和基本行业知识
4.对于体育相关行业充满热情, 具有体育相关领域知识
5.对美国体育例如橄榄球、冰上曲棍球和篮球的认识
6.重度社交媒体使用者优先
7.良好的计划和人际协调能力
8.良好的中英文沟通能力
9.自信，负责，细心
