职位描述：
Essential Responsibilities:


? Implementing, Architecting, supporting and maintaining Atlassian ALM tool suite like Stash/Bit Bucket, Bamboo, Jira, Confluence, etc.
? Support other SCM tools like Perforce, SVN, Git etc
? Implementing and supporting and maintaining Code Review and Static Analysis tools like Fisheye + Crucible , Grammatech CodeSonar, Gerrit
?
? Document system architecture, landscape designs, configuration changes and associated test cases
? Work with business stakeholders and Information Technology system administrators or 3rd party vendors to implement and test system changes or corrections
? Implement, support, maintain interfaces with other systems, help with data transmission or transformation processes
? Assist business units with maintenance, modification and troubleshooting of access control rules, user groups and roles
? Interact with international team members to keep system reliability at its maximum
? Proactively monitor the systems ensure availability of system
? Development of training material, configuration and process documentations and organization of training courses
? Preparing system documentation
? Work to ensure high resilience and performance tuning
? Improvement and maintenance of systems to include rollout and upgrades.
? Test programs or databases, correct errors and make necessary modifications.
? Work as part of a global project team to coordinate development and determine project scope and limitations.
? Troubleshoots functional issues.

Basic Qualifications:

? Bachelor’s Degree or Master Degree or equivalent in Computers, Information Technology, or related field
? More than 2 years knowledge and practical experience working on Linux OS (preferably RedHat, CentOS, Ubuntu)
? More than 1 year knowledge and practical experience setting up web-based applications (J2EE, PHP, …)
? More than 1 year knowledge and practical experience working with relational databases (preferably MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, …)
? More than 1 year knowledge and practical experience using a script language (BASH, Perl, Python, PHP, VB-Script, …)
? More than 1 year understanding of Web-Server configuration and administration (SSL, virtual host, rewrite, reverse-proxy - preferably Apache)
? More than 5 year practiced English language skills oral and written
? Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical manuals and design papers
? Demonstrated leadership qualities; experience in managing at least 3 members in a project team and experience in handling vendor teams.
? Excellent analytical, organizational and problem solving skills, including the proven ability to adapt to a dynamic project environment and manage multiple projects.
? A global perspective with the ability to understand and work effectively in a culturally diverse organization.
? Proven ability to manage key stakeholder interests, simultaneously managing conflicting priorities and business interests.
? Excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal and relationship management skills with excellent conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
? Demonstrated experience managing customer-facing, strategic projects as well as Application Development projects.
? Experience with outsourcing, contracts, and in managing virtual teams.

Desired Characteristics:
? Implement software platforms/portals such as Jira, Confluence, Crucible, Fisheye, Stash, Gitlab, Github
? Support version control tools, such as GIT, Perforce, SVN, …
? Support continuous build systems (Jenkins, Bamboo, …) and help developers using it
? Understand the purpose of static code analysis tools (Grammatech CodeSonar, Coverity, …) and help developers using it
? Understanding of the Java build process with tools such as ant, creating or signing jar archives
? Understanding of the C/C++ build process with tools such as make, gcc, g++ and deployment of the result to server systems
? Install, configure and test developer software tools to perform feasibility studies and recommendations
? Evaluate or debug software installations which components are dispersed in a global network
? Understanding of the usage of data security (de-/encryption, SSL certificates, …)
? Cooperative attitude, character who likes to work within international team
? Curious and open minded while developing and establishing solutions
? Stress tolerant while problem solving or in emergency situations
? Flexible and inventive finding a work-around for incidents
? Thorough and diligent working with external support organizations on problem resolutions
