岗位职责:
This is a technical position in the IT systems team. Provides cross-platform server systems, systems engineering and integration oversight. This includes:
? A large and geographically diverse Windows, Linux and MacOS cross-platform systems environment supporting critical business applications.
? Provides 2nd level support across all environments.
? Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to specification, design, engineering, configuration, testing, and implementation of server systems hardware, operating systems, related subsystems, and application components running on multiple platforms. Includes and not limited to standard server operating systems, clusters and ancillary systems. Identifies, analyzes, and contributes to design specifications, configures, coordinates, installs, and tests company approved hardware, operating system software, application programs, and peripheral equipment.

? Knowledge of Windows desktop and server hardware & software, Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365, data communications required.
? Outstanding customer service and verbal & written communication skills are required.
? Practical experience in a medium to large organization as typically acquired in 3 to 5 years.
? Engineering, implementation, operation, maintenance, and support of a wide range of Server platforms.
? Desired knowledge in
o Server operating systems (e.g. MS Windows, Linux, MacOS),
o Directory Services (e.g. MS Active Directory),
o Messaging / Collaboration (e.g. MS Exchange, Office365, etc.),
o Technologies for High Availability (e.g. MS Clustering, content switching, etc.),
o Virtualization (e.g. VMware, Hyper-V).
o Implementing and administrating TCP/IP-based services, including DNS, DHCP, HTTP, FTP, SSH, SMTP, print services, and other infrastructure components.
? Provide daily, weekly, and monthly systems capacity and performance review and assurance to capacity management for accurate metrics reporting and Operating Systems.
? Industry best practice standards in systems operations and engineering.
? Work on multiple projects at the same time and deliver quality service.
? Good organization skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects and objectives in a rapidly changing environment.
? Work independently as well as working in a team environment.
? Possess strong oral, presentation, and written communication skills.
? Articulate technical and user needs in a concise manner and easily understood by all.
? Committed to providing exceptional customer service and responding to user needs in a prompt and courteous manner.
? Maintain a high energy level and be willing to learn new things.
? Experience in the following engineering disciplines: troubleshooting, incident management, and contribute to single point of failure analysis.
? Understanding of operational support of Virtualization technologies, SAN and related network technologies.
? Experience with change management practices.
