Task

1. Be the Quality Management System Internal audit team leader; be in charge of the internal/External ISO9000&ISO14000&OHS18000 audit and follow up all the corrective actions and effectiveness which are found in internal/external audit;

2. Be In charge of process and product audit according to the planning. Monitor system procedures implementation in related departments;

3. Maintain quality related performance of company, such as KPI and customer satisfaction .etc.

4. Control the supplier's quality to ensure the materials match our SMEC requirements.

5. Maintains qualified suppliers' database to monitor the supplier qualification.

6. Analyze the root cause and make the corresponding preventive & corrective action of the nonconforming raw materials and follow up.

Knowledge

- Bachelor degree or above

- Be familiar with SPC, FMEA, 6sigma, QC 7 tooling.

- Certified as internal auditor of ISO/ISO14000/OHS18000

- Good team work as well as self-dependant

Experience

- 5+ years working experience in the field of mechanical parts industry i.e. auto, electronics, thermosetting plastic

- 3+ years work experiences in quality system ISO9001, ISO14000&OHS18000

- Experiences in multi-national company;

Education and Language

- Good command of writing and reading English, good English translation capability is a must.
