- NDT inspections at suppliers, in process and final quality inspections on various components as well as supplied delivered sub-assembled products.

- Issuing and tracking of nonconformance reports.

- Supervision of manufacturing process associated documentation (records, protocols, methods and tools)

- Involvement in design reviews in order to ensure and to improve producible components/products

- Supervision related to optimize manufacturing processes by monitoring KPI's (including the usages methods and tools)

- Follow-up on corrective actions and improvement programs/measures in house and at suppliers
- Gather Q-data for reports and statistics in principal and ad hoc root cause analysis

- Using conventional as well as special inspection equipment, tools and machines

- Perform operational and approving task related to FAI and define improvement measures. (NDT, processes, tools and documentation)

- Establishment of NDT reports of finalized inspection.

- Preparation of audits plans and other QA documents in relation to eQMS

- Preparation of audits plans, NDT reports and other QA documents in relation to eQMS.

- Establishment of NDT reports of finalized inspection.

- Establishment of NDT instructions and be internal sparring partner in relation to NDT matters.

- Take part of establishment of technical quality documents as the supplier shall use, such as NDT reports etc.

- Follow-up of suppliers and sup-suppliers technical capabilities incl. follow-up of any disagreements within in the NDT area.

- Take part in the training of internal NDT inspectors.

- Take part in testing new test methods within the NDT area.

- Take part of converting EN standards into other international standards within the NDT area

- Project management of special tasks within the work area

- Take part of establishment, maintenance and review of ZPS/PS documents within the NDT area.

Profess. Knowl.:

- Quality Assurance Know How

- Quality Management- Methods and Tools e.g. FMEA, 8D, etc.

- Detailed manufacturing know how in respective area

- IT Tools (SAP, Database use, MS Office etc)

- Preparation and handling of measurement equipment

- Support of manufacturing personnel in quality matters

- NDT examination/inspection

- Language: English

- Technicial knowlegde related to product/component

- Non-conformance handling

- Educated for review of Technical and Quality specification

- Educated to perform support for Quality audits & assessments

- Educates to level 3 in VT, MT, PT, UT in accordance to EN473
