Mission of function
- Organization, control, regulation and quantification of all purchasing activities of the (plant) organization with the objective of maximizing the contribution to operating profit and optimizing the purchasing and procurement processes and the use of resources.

- Planning, optimization and control of the result from materials to increase the EVA in the area of responsibility.

- Group-wide purchasing strategies 集团性采购策略
- Active support of Group -wide and cross-Group procurement strategies by implementing the roadmap to achieve worldwide strategic objectives and secure maximum productivity and cost targets(synergies through pooling).

- Initiation of purchasing processes, pinpointing approaches to problem-solving, integrating various objectives to secure local (plant) objectives.
