In the position you will:
? Contribute to local business plans adding value in business decision.
? Create an environment where the IKEA culture is a living reality that embraces the diversity of co-workers and the market.
? Secure, develop, communicate explain and follow-up the HR business plan and relevant actions confirming they support the fulfilment of the global HR strategy.
? Related to IKEA leadership and values, act as a qualified speaking partner for managers regarding how relations, behaviour in various situations affect working environment and business result.
? Coach, support and develop the local HR team.
? Based on the business needs map current competence and future competence needs, analyses competence gap and lead recruitment and development actions from both individual and organizational perspective.
? Secure professional recruitment and development processes in close cooperation with responsible line managers to fulfil the need of competence both today and in the future.
? Secure that the recognition system (development possibilities, work/life balance, salaries, working conditions, benefits) is followed on local perspective.
? Secure the follow up tools (VOICE, Business Review, Competence Review, HR KPIs etc) are implemented, running and appropriate actions are initiated that contribute to defined goals.

? Knowledge about Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits strategy.
? Prior experience in Competence Development.
? Eagerness to understand the IKEA business and the customers need.
? Good ability to communicate in a broad sense within diverse environment.
? Sound judgment and the ability to take decisions.
? Ability to “build” trustful relations and commitments with people on different levels.
? Eagerness to work in collaboration in the fast moving/changing environment.
