职位描述：
岗位职责
1、负责安排产品出货订舱，准备报关文件，准备客户清关文件等；
2、沟通货代，报关行，托车行，安排订舱报关出运事宜；
3、制作出运报关及清关单据；
4、督促工厂及时准备报关资料及相关证书，如原产地证、商检证书等
5，负责公司国内国际快递的预约取件 UPS，TNT，FEDEX，DHL等等

任职资格
1、大专以上学历，英文良好，英语四级，能看懂船务单证，处理英文单据,20-30岁以下；
2、有一年以上工作经验或相关专业知识的应届毕业生，懂报关报检物流知识；
3、熟练使用办公软；
4、工作细心负责，有一定的承压能力。

Major Job duties

- Edit the shipping documents (Booking form, Commercial invoice, Packing list, Form A or certificate of origin)
- Collect and verify the shipping documents (Bill of lading, SO, forwarder invoice)
- Share the shipping documents and information (forwarder, factory)
- Communication bridge between merchandiser, forwarder, factory
- Follow and update shipping status ( Shipping tracking)
- Control shipping payment
- Negotiate fee with the forwarder in case of CIF terms
- Finding solution in case of issue (space, quantity, exceptional cases)

Requirement

- Have an experience in the shipping
- Familiar with FOB, CIF, EXW incoterms
- Candidate must be organized and careful
- Good communication
