职位描述：
Responsibilities

1. Direct the needs assessment for training and staff development in achieving the goals and objectives of the company.
2. Design and organize company level training plans.
3. Design and develop HR training programs for management and employees.
4. Review evaluations of training courses, objectives and accomplishments.
5. Make assessments of effectiveness of training in terms of employee accomplishments and performance.
6. Improve company culture system and make program to enhance and construct company culture.
7. Plan and organize activities related to company culture.
8. Other work assigned by Department Manager.
Requirements

1. Bachelor Degree of English or process overseas education background
2. More than 8 years’HR working experience,
3. Experienced in EPC companies in oil & gas industry or Human Resources consultancy companies will be preferred;
4. Familiar with one of the Human Resources functions such as training management, performance management, position system management, company culture and etc..
5. Good ability in communication, coordination, expression and time management.
6. Able to handle pressure and responsibility.
