岗位职责:

1、根据客户需求，制订出满足客户要求的产品设计方案

2、负责产品前期设计方案的分析评估，组织相关部门进行方案讨论

3、负责机械结构3D数模设计，工艺设计

4、负责输出2D工程图纸，尺寸及公差标注，初稿BOM表制定

5、负责样件发出打样，加工进度跟进，样品确认等

6、设计优化，为可达到量产进行结构改进

7、负责试产准备，跟进，问题点解决

8、编写设计规范及专利

任职资格:

专业类别：机械类；

专业名称：机械设计制造及其自动化；

知识：拥有机械结构设计、机械加工工艺、机械制图等相关机械知识；

技术：具备3年以上熟练使用CATIA软件设计的经验；

基本技能：熟悉常用金属材料，塑胶材料的特性及使用范围，精通注塑工艺，钣金件加工工艺、表面处理等；

特别技能：熟悉塑胶模具及冲压模具基本构造及原理，了解电子电气、锂电池等相关知识；工作经验：5年以上相关工作经验，具备独立担当项目机械结构总设计的能力；

语言：普通话标准，表达能力出色；英语的听说读写熟练；
