Main Responsibilities
主要职责
1 Responsible for raw materials and production related stuffs purchasing
负责生产原材料，产品及相关材料的采购。
2 Generate Pos ensure on time releasing to vendors for confirmation after necessary PO approval process.
跟踪PO内部审批流程，并及时与供应商确认订单。
3 Take efforts on 100% OTD of production materials
确保生产原材料的准时交付。
4 Take appropriate action to push payment settled and try best to save materials and logistics cost by proper procurement decision.
在可行的采购决定下，尽全力控制、节约原材料和物流成本。采用正确的行动来解决付款的进度。
5 Make supplier evaluation on a regular basis
在定期 基础上，进行供应商的评估。
6 Make purchasing related reports and analysis weekly and monthly
做采购相关的报告和分析，包括：每周，每月度。
7 Familiar with common ERP system operations as a buyer
作为采购员能熟练在ERP系统当中进行操作。
8 Fulfill other tasks senior assigned
执行其他上级指派的任务。
Requirements:
要求：
Bachelor degree, major in purchasing related
主修采购相关的学士学位
1. More than 2 years of experience in related field, experience in FMCG or internet industry is a plus
在相关的工作领域工作大于2年以上，在互联网行业、快速消费品行业有相关经验更好。
2. ERP or SAP system experience.
有ERP或SAP系统经验。
Willing to work under pressures.
愿意在压力下工作。
3. Fluent in English both orally and written, excellent on MS PC application.
口头和书面英语流利, 良好的PC的应用。
