Prepare offers and arguments before the visit based on customer potential, customer performance, available Metro solutions and country strategy. (daily)

在拜访前根据客户的潜力,采购表现,现有的麦德龙解决方案和公司战略准备好报价和销售卖点(每日)

Follow-up on previous commitments: customer realization, customer satisfaction, alternatives, etc. (daily)

跟踪之前对客户的承诺:如满足客户需求的方案,提高客户的满意度的措施,可供选择的计划等(每日)

Detect customer needs during the visit. (daily)

在拜访过程中发现客户的需求(每日)

Offer relevant assortment from MCC to customers. (daily)

向客户推荐麦德龙商品(每日)

Advise customers on how to improve their business by offering suitable solutions. (daily)

为客户提供适合的解决方案以帮助其提升业务(每日)

Collect orders, fix commitments and look for future opportunities. (daily)

收集处理客户订单、达成协议并寻找未来机会点(每日)

Follow-up of open issues that you cannot answer during the visit. (daily)

Ensure portfolio customer data is correct and up to date in the system. (daily)

Acquire and register new delivery customers (daily)

Offer relevant assortment based on MCC country delivery strategy in order to ensure up & cross selling

Achievement of pre-set sales and profit targets for delivery channel.

完成预定的送货销售和利润目标

Development of SOW of existing delivery customers.

发展现有送货客户在麦德龙的采购比例

Development of delivery customer loyalty and improving order frequency / amount.

提高送货客户的忠诚度和订单频率/货量

Handling and follow-up of customer complaints.

处理并跟踪客户投诉

Understanding of customer needs and finding solutions/alternatives.

了解客户需求并找到解决办法/替换办法

Sharing customer information to all relevant stake holder in Platform and HQ.

与配送平台和总部共享相关客户信息

Following market competition and market trends to be ahead.

追踪竞争对手和市场趋势并走在前列

Execution of delivery conditions set by the company (minimum order amount, pricing, credits, delivery dates, etc).

执行公司的送货条件(最小起订量,价格,信用,送货日期等)

Full alignment with the Platform Operation team and the customer regarding route planning and optimization.

与配送平台营运团队和客户协调,完成线路的规划和优化

Restaurant or Canteen experience might be a must

拥有餐饮或食堂营销经验

Highly customer and market oriented

Good understanding of Food Service Distribution business
