职位描述：
主要职责：
1 In charge of managing daily works of coating technicians.
负责管理涂装技术人员的日常工作。
2 According to products development and clients’ requirements, define and prepare the decoration trials by taking in account the project planning.
根据产品开发和客户要求，通过考虑项目规划明确和准备后加工试验。
3. Will solve planning issues (resource not available).
当资源不可用时，解决计划问题。
4. In charge of defining and revising the SOP (standard of production) (speed / consumption…)
负责定义和修改SOP（生产标准）
5. Will design the coating fixture with the help of design engineer in a mind of reducing the labor cost (ie : clipping system rather than sticking system)
在设计工程师的帮助下，将减少人工成本，设计涂层夹具。
6. Keep a record of the trials with the results and photos of the trials.
记录试验的结果和照片。
7. Define the parameters to keep under control during production and update the quality control files with QE.
定义在生产过程中控制的参数，并与质量工程师更新质量控制文件。
8. Help R&D PE with new projects and give suggestions about the product design (define coated / non coated areas / suggestion to modify product design…)
帮助研发新项目，对产品设计提出建议（定义涂层/非涂层区域/建议修改产品设计...）
9. Help to define the best machine by keeping in mind efficiency.
以效率为准，明确最好的机器。
10. Participate regularly to seminars / meet suppliers to keep up to date with new coating technics.
定期参加研讨会/会见供应商，了解新的涂料技术。
11. Report any issues to planning dpt if products used in development are hard to purchase because of imported products or in case there’s MOQ.
向计划部汇报任何问题，如开发当中用到的产品由于涉及进口或最少订单量的原因，未成功购买涂料。
12. Have to help solving issues appearing in production
必须帮助解决生产中出现的问题。
13. Organize training for technicians under his responsibility and contribute to the training of the operators for the new products
为其负责的技术人员组织培训，协助培训新产品的生产人员。

任职资格：
Bachelor degree or above in materials science / chemistry.
材料科学/化学学士或以上学历。
Familiar with various coating technics mentioned above. Able to set up the machines or give precise instructions to set up the machine.
熟悉上述各种涂层技术。 能够设置机器或给出精确的说明来设置机器。
Good knowledge of the market (competitors / machine supplier / coating supplier)
良好的市场知识（竞争对手/机器供应商/涂料供应商）。
With good organizing ability and be good communication skills.
具有良好的组织能力和良好的沟通能力。
Solidworks / excel / word / SAP
Competence and a strong ability to solve problems independently (PDCA, 8D, FMEA knowledge are a plus)
独立解决问题的能力（会运用PDCA，8D，FMEA）
Good knowldege about process control
良好的过程控制知识
Handle affairs carefully and with good patience, with activity thought, full of innovation spirit and team spirit.
