- Management of sales commercial issues销售商务管理

- Be responsible for the offer, bidding and negotiation of panels as well as sign contracts, execute project and collect payment负责开关柜项目的报价、投标、谈判、合同签订，项目的执行及货款的回笼

Task

- Make bidding documents —— bid, negotiate, calculate, evaluate the commercial terms, list commercial deviations, and negotiate with customer referring to general sales conditions. —— get the bid 做投标文件-投标，谈判，核算，评估商务条款作出商务差异，按照一般销售条款和客户谈判-中标

- Execute the project —— feed back customer information in time during the process of project and ensure the payment collection—— fulfill the contract 执行项目-项目执行期间及时反馈客户信息并保证货款回笼-完成合同执行

Knowledge

- Be familiar with law, standard commercial conditions, project management 熟悉合同法，标准商务条款，谈判技巧和项目管理

- Master the method of offer calculation 掌握报价核算方法

- Know well about NX-Tools 了解NX-Tools

- Use skillfully MS Word、Excel 熟练运用MS Word、Excel

- Be able to work efficiently, seriously and responsibly 能够高效率地工作，对工作特别认真负责

- Have ability of flexibility, communication, teamwork and English reading and writing 具有良好的应变能力，沟通能力，团队合作和英语阅读、书写能力

- Be willing to go on business trip any time 愿意随时出差
