Job purpose:
? The purpose of this function is drive improvements and consistency in PG strategy, management and deployment for whole Heineken China.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1, Clear PG national strategy: create a clear and strong national strategy for the use of PG’s across Heineken China
2, Set execution standards: set national execution standards and routines that drive excellent execution and consistency across all BU’s and sales teams. Standards for: PG recruiting, selection, briefing, supervision, compliance tracking, evaluation.
3, Formulate annual PG budget allocation: lead annual budget setting for the use of PG’s per BU based on ICP process and ONE plan
4, PG training programs: develop and execute PG training programs to be executed in the BU’s
5, PG support materials: develop and coordinate the use of PG promotion materials and outfits.
6, Service provider contracting: manage national and regional service providers and set service level agreements.
7, tracking & evaluation: track PG deployment and evaluate PG programs and suppliers for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
1, More than 8 years working experience, including at least 5 years’ PG management experience in FMCG industry.
2, Good English speaking and writing.
3, Willing to travel and work in the night.
