1. Develop new accounts in liquid chemicals or gas ships to conculde COAs or spot fixtures;

2. Handle spot inquiries from Charterers;

3. Update market intelligence and make statistics or data analysis;

4. Liaise with operations to monitor ship's movement and deal with claims and any disputs.
