职位描述：
Core Responsibilities:

1,Determination and implementation of welding parameters.
2,Creation and maintain welding parameter documentation
3,Control in production for the application of the prescribed parameters
4,Handle the new projects, BOVIS
5,Assistance at negotiations with suppliers
6,Follow up of new welding technologies
7,Support for production in assurance of high weld quality
8,Perform audits in production
9,Enforcing a strong safety culture by introducing and complying with Benteler satety rules. Ensure that all work activities are conducted in a safe and healthy working enviroment considering individual needs where applicable.



Qualifications/experiences:

1,BS in Engineering or related field.
2,Five years + automotive experience with welding
3,Excellent coordination skills, time management and priorities.
