职位描述：

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• To accept import bookings and complete all related system entry requirements accurately and on time.
• To deliver the highest level customer experience at all times with a clear focus on customer service + retention
• To liase with all stakeholders to ensure loading and import clearance tasks are completed corretly.
• To keep close communication with customers and provide prompt response to customers' requirement.

Your skills and experience:

• To be successful to this role, you need to have 2 years above related working experience on sea freight import operation and customer service, and have a customer oriented mindset in everything on a daily basis.
