职位描述：
- Understand the home textiles market both domestic and global, familiar with all kinds of sofa products manufacturing process;
熟悉了解国内外家纺市场，熟悉各类沙发用品的制作流程；
- Identify and develop new sources and products to fulfill the business requirements;
根据业务需求开发确定新的资源和产品；
- Research and communicate new product and market trends and styles;
研究和交流新产品、新市场的趋势和风格；
- Visit factories to asses and audit their product capabilities, select qualified vendors;
拜访供应商，审核评估其生产能力，选择合格的供应商；
- Negotiate the ETD, the price and other payment terms with each supplier for each order; ensure the purchasing is competitive in all respects;
针对每一个订单与供应商商议交货时间、价格和付款方式； 确保我们的采购价格在各方面具有竞争力；
- Understand customer’s requirements, ensure all goods could achieve the customer’s quality standards ; accomplish the tasks within the allotted time;
了解客户需求，确保所有产品能达到客户标准，并在指定时间内完成任务；
- Coordinate quality assurance and quality control together with the QC team;
与质检部门协作，控制和保证产品质量；
- Follow up orders with suppliers, solve detail problems independently and discuss outstanding problems; keep good relationship with suppliers;
独立跟进订单及细节问题，与供应商协商解决突出问题，并与供应商保持良好的合作关系；
- Attend exhibitions or sales events as needed;
根据需要参加展览及其他活动；
- Finish other jobs assigned by superior.
完成上级交办的其他工作。

Requirements:

- College degree and above, majored in textile is a plus;
大学学历或以上，主修纺织品更佳；
- More than 3-5 years working experience in textile industry, familiar with knitting and woven fabric processing technologh;
3-5年以上纺织品行业工作经验，熟悉针织梭织的加工工艺；
- Familiar with the whole procedure of the textile production including sourcing, pricing and factory evaluation;
熟悉纺织品生产的整个流程，包括采购、定价和工厂评估；
- Good ability to solve problems and high degree of analytical skills;
良好的分析问题和解决问题的能力；
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese;
优秀的中英文书面及口头的沟通能力；
- Team orientated, self-disciplined and honest;
良好的团队精神，自律，诚实；
- Willingness to travel and work overtime.
