Job Describition
1. Develop sales plans, activities and campaigns and manage sales team in order to implement the organization's overall sales strategy for Business Unit.
2. Prepare sales forecasts and budgets; monitor sales volume, revenues and costs against forecasts to identify problem areas;
3. Adapt procedures or re-allocate resources to improve the overall performance of the business unit;
4. Explore new opportunities and analysis market potential to achieve the sales objectives for business unit;
5. Oversee sales support activities such as sales administration, customer service, distribution, invoicing, credit and collections to ensure that customer orders are processed, dispatched, invoiced, and paid accurately and on time.
6. Partner / coordinate with relevant functions, such as Central Business Unit, Regional Product Managers, RSO, Sales Center, Communications and Marketing to drive business;
7. Set up good customer relation and continuously map and understand customers’ needs and feedback;
8. Develop the product based competences and skills, build and retain a performance oriented team that represents the core values of Alfa Laval;
9. Be active part in the division management team.
Competence:
10+ years’ working experience in related field and 5+ years’ managerial experience in an international environment of Municipal Waste Water or Food industry, the Knowledge in various food process is preferred. Good marketing judgment, strong consciousness of market competition;
? Strategic thinking, leadership & management skills;
? Problem solving and target oriented;
? Deep understanding and cognition of sales management on industrial products;
? Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills;
? Able to see the whole picture, as well as have an eye for details;
? Fast learner;
? Fluent written and spoken English (required);
? Be familiar with office software (required).
