职位描述
Essential Functions:
Scope and Accountability:
Perform general accounting functions; prepare monthly journals; maintain freight accounts payables; fully responsible for South region monthly and yearly book close. .
Ensure that accounting records are timely and accurate and account balances are maintained in accordance with company accounting policies.
Respond to all internal queries regarding payment and vendor information; clarify finance policies for which they are responsible or refer to senior staff on queries regarding finance policy compliance
Respond to all inquiries from external vendors or government authorities on payment status, control vendor's invoice to ensure they are conform to tax & company's requirement.
Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures (local and corporate - statutory reporting and filing requirements) in order to maintain internal controls so as to safeguard the company's assets and records.
Handle day-to-day cash expenditures and ensure all the cash receipts are kept and banked according to the financial policies. Miantain cash book on a timely basis; update daily bank balance in order to ensure accounting records reflect the current status.
Qualification Requirements:
Knowledge: Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent
Skills:
Technical Skill Requirements
Superior Microsoft Excel skills, SAP, Oracle a plus
Behavioral Skill Requirements
High attention to detail, Must be extremely well organized and analytical
Strong presentation skills and project management experience
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Experience: This position requires a minimum of 3-5 years experience
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
Physical Demands: High energy and good health required.
Work Environment: The duties of this job are performed in office environment and Travel within country sometimes is required.
