职位描述：
1) Participate in optimizing existence Production Equipment.
参与现有生产设备的优化。
2) Participate in designing new Production Equipment.
参与新的生产设备的设计。
3) Design auxiliary equipment etc.
设计辅助型设备。
4) Proposal of alternative solutions, new ideas, and suggestions for improvement related to Production Equipment.
对于现有生产设备的改进建议，替代解决方案和新的想法的提出。
5) Assistance Production Engineering Supervisor in managing large size projects, from specification, purchasing, FAT, delivery, installation and commissioning.
协助生产工艺主管管理大型项目，包括规格，采购，送货，安装和调试等各个环节。
6) On-the-production-floor presence to ensure the continuous operation of the production equipment.
在生产车间现场保证生产设备的持续运行。
7) Maintain all the drawings and engineering Documentation.
维护和管理所有的图纸和工程文件。
8) Assist Purchasing Department with all related Technical issues.
为采购部提供各种技术支持。
9) Handling all contact with machine and equipment suppliers after purchasing, to insure quality and on-time delivery.
处理采购之后与设备供应商的各种沟通，确保质量和按时送达。
10) Coordinating with Production Department for any Machine relation task.
协助生产部解决任何机器设备问题。
11) Other ad hoc tasks assigned by Factory Director and Production Engineering Supervisor.
生产总监和生产工艺主管指派的其他任务。

Requirements:
任职要求：
1) Basic English communication skills, both verbal and written.
具备英语基本的沟通能力。
2) College or above degree with major in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
机械制造或相关专业大专以上。
3) 2-3 years working experiences in an Engineering role within a multinational company.
2-3年在外资公司担任机械工程师的工作经验。
4) Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
能独立工作并具备主观能动性。动手能力强。
5) Problem Solve capabilities Team Work spirit.
具备解决问题的能力和团队协作精神。
6) Computer proficient: CAD, AutoDesk Inventor, Word, Excel and Power Point.
熟练使用CAD, Inventor, Word, Excel和PowerPoint。
7) Effective Communicator. Good time schedule and Time management.
具备较强的沟通能力和时间管理能力。
8) Fresh graduates with rich knowledge and excellent skills are also acceptable.
各方面较优秀的应届毕业生也可考虑。
