职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Responsibility in process and assembly platform development for fulfill photo-electric components product and package requirement. Be responsible to support corp R&D optical alignment process development;
2. Develop assemble process and manufacture platform for photo-electric components products and package;
3. Be responsible for R&D advanced optical alignment process development;
4. Be responsible for prototype alignment system development;
5. Be responsible for optical alignment manufacture assembly platform development;
6. Prepare and update the process engineering documents such as process-flow chart, PFMEA, work instruction and etc.
7. Perform fault data analysis and provide recommendation and follow-up actions.
Qualification:
1. Master degree or above in optical or physical etc engineering discipline;
2. Above 5 years working experience in fiber optical device assembly process development, NPI and manufacturing; (PhD D is accept with less work experience);
3. Be in depth knowledge for physical optical or fiber optical; Be familiar with optical simulation tool like ZEMAX is prefer;
4. Be good experience in fiber alignment system setup and debug;
5. Be good hand on capability for optical alignment operation;
6. Be familiar with passive device test;
7. Experience in OSA butterfly and TO package is preferred.
8. Be familiar with SPC, DFMEA/PFMEA, Process Failure Analysis and DOE;
9. Be experience for process tooling/fixture design using Soldworks or Auto- CAD;
10. Good in spoken and written in English;
11. Good problem solving, interpersonal and analytical skills; 举报 分享
