Responsibility：
职责：
- Be responsible for CMM, ensure factuality of the measurement result.
　负责三坐标测量, 确保测量结果的真实性.
- Lead a small team to complete the measurement task and assess the team members’ performance
　带领一个小团队完成检验任务并管理团队成员绩效监控
- Carry out CMM for parts to deliver right measurement report to internal/external cusotmer on time.
　对工件进行三座标测量，按时提交给内、外部客户测量报告。
- Find out problems from CMM results and push related departments to take corrective and preventive actions.
　根据三坐标测量结果分析问题, 并推动相关部门采取纠正预防措施。
- Carry out recheck to devices, fixtures and gauges by CMM termly and deliver the report to responsible engineer on time.
　对订㓡的工装，夹具及检具进行定期测量，按时提交报告给相关工程师。
- Responsible for check the measurement system and maintain CMM to ensure the facticity of the measurement result.
　负责检查三座标的测量系统以及日常维护以确保测量结果的准确性。
- Support engineering team and manufacturing team improving technology on measurement.
　对工程组和制造组在工艺改进方面提供测量支持。
- Suppport on quality assurance on such as collecting and caculating data of Stat. Process Control and so on.
　对质量保证如统计过程控制的数据收集及计算等提供支持。
- Keep archive of all quality records.
　将所有质量记录存档。


Requirements：
任职资格：
- Experience in metals maching or related areas
　在金属加工和相关领域有一定经验
- Proficient with the application and maintenance CMM
　熟练使用三座标测量仪。
- Knowledge about mechanical drawing(electronic and paper)
　掌握机械制图的知识（电子和纸面）
- Experienced in MS software package (Access)
　掌握微软软件的使用（Access）。
- Good English skills, especially at reading
　良好的英文交流能力，尤其在阅读方面。
- Educated in mechanical engineering or related field with equal technical secondary school degree or above. At least 1 years of working experience in CMM
　机械工程或相关专业中专以上学历, 一年以上CMM工作经验.
- Be familiar with metal process and quality tools.
　熟悉金属加工和质量工具.
- Good English skills both spoken and written.
　英语说写流利.
- Experienced in MS office.
　熟悉MS OFFICE 软件.
- Strong sense of responsibility and good team player.
　工作认真、负责，良好的团队合作精神。
