职位描述
Responsibility：
职责：
- Electrical & mechanical maintenance and repair of production equipment to ensure machines funcation available and running well;
- Be responsible for maintenance of CNC machines to ensure they are in good condition with high machine availability, and consequently keep related production running to support product on time delivery.
- Trouble shooting for both electrical and mechanical malfunction of non-conventional&coating machines.
- Interface of Contact, coordinate and communication with supplier and internal customer to solve critical technical trouble when it's necessary.
- According to machine manual and historical repair work order, develop, optimize, orgnize and Implement PM plan.
- Be responsible for machine spare parts ordering request timely, work with maintenance administritor and supervisor to develop and optimize sapreparts stock level, to ensure necessary and reasonable spare parts in stock.
- As per maintenance process, to keep work order management running as well as reuired.
- Timely and correctly fill out and submit all required record.
- Improment solution provision and implementation for machines and tools, technical support and coaching to other maintenance team players.
- Keep directrly communication with internal customer to improve service satisfication.
- Implement other works assigned by superior.
Requirements：
任职资格：
- Familiar with electrical and mechanical repiar and maintenance to exported machines.
- Familiar with technical and electrical drawing, with English vision is prefered.
- Good knowledge of Simens 840D and S7-300 PLC
- 3 years above MNC company work experence with electrical maitenance work.
- Team work player and full of sence of responsibilty.
- Shifts turn is required.
- Junior college above, maijor in Automation or Mechatronic
- Work experience with foreign experts is necessary
