职位描述
Mission of Function:
-Coordinate and support the continuous improvement activities in the local Blade manufactoring plant.
-Execute quality and business improvement projects. Support the Lean and Six Sigma methodology.
-Local responsibility for Lean implementation / strategy behind implementation of Lean.
-Support and guide the local production and management in top+ Quality methods such as Lean and Six Sigma.
-Cooperate with global functions in planning and execution of improvement efforts like planned Kaizen and Kaikaku events.
-Support local factory in the prioritization and assignment of project ideas, ensure strategic linkage and follow up on business impact. Develop Lean and Six Sigma projects from prioritized project ideas.
-Support the global Lean managers in strategic discussions and best practice sharing between locations within and external to SWP Blade plants.
-Ensure a continuous update of methods and theories regarding business improvement.
-Performs areas of work for the professional field. Applies advanced skills to resolve complex problems not covered by existing procedures or practices independently. Displays a high level of critical thinking in bringing succesful resolution to high-impact, complex, and/or cross-functional problems. Provides specialized guidance or train support and/or professional staff. Leadership qualities and role model qualities demonstrated.
Responsiblity:
-Develop and drive the building of a Lean continuous improvement culture at the local factory
Standardize and sustain the continuous improvement culture
-Build and maintain visual controls and metrics aimed at delivering performance data for decision making to management at the local factory
-Coach and mentor plant management in the Lean concepts and support them in driving the continuous improvement culture locally
-Always drive safety first and quality into the process
-Responsible for execution of complex project/program plan
-Support layout and production flow planning of existing and new factories
-Responsible for delivery of complex project/program
-Performs project/program management activities (defining scheduling, budget, risk, change, opportunity and resource management activities)
-Executes continuous improvement plan
- 5 S set up and implement
-The local Lean coordinator works in all segments of the factory.
Required:
-Shop floor management and visualization
-Capable of independently initiating and implementing change
-Highly developed analytical and conceptual skills
-Excellent team player with good communication skills
-Engineering degree (master level) preferably focused on production
-Preferably with work experience in production as well as Lean, Six sigma etc.
- Good English
