Position:Technical Support Manager
Department:Service & Technical Suppoort
Purpose of position:
To manage daily operation of Technical Support Team SH;To develop technical skill of the engineer team;To collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Service Team for, customer visiting, marketing events, training program;Together with all Service team, to provide sufficient technical support especially for project/complicated application,To achieve the customer satisfication both internal or enternal company ."

Job responsibilities:
1)Be responsible for monitoring and managing the technical performance of Technical Support Team SH;
2)Ensure the utilization and service quality of application center, including related work planning, visiting assignment, facility maintence, etc
3) Coordinate internal and external communications of product application test; and organize the tests implementation
4) Establish technical support,training and product application test guideline and process;
5) Cooperate and dispatch engineers for implement on-site support, including trouble shooting, technical sharing; technical & application solution providing,etc
6) Organize & schedule customer events by year summarized from customers' requests and conformed to company activity plan;
7) Be responsible for engineer technical level assessment and training plan, develop technical competence continually;
8) Improve application support efficiency and quality to internal & external customers by close-connection to oversea colleagues and essential facilities in hand;
9) Control service expenses to fulfil the budget;
Job requirements
1) Bachelor of related science (automation, engineering, electronics)
2) No less than 5 years automation engineering experience
3) Fluent spoken and written English & Chinese; computer skills;
4) Strong coordination and communication abilities; technical competence; team leading competence;
5) Motivated, team player, quick learner, customer oriented
