Position: System Solution Engineer
Department:Service & Technical Support
Purpose of position:to provide the technical support and solution on 1st & 2nd level to meet the company business development in China
Direct report (position):North / South Regional Service Manager

Job responsibilities:
1) Assist Sales Engineers to select or replace product types, and support product testing in sales;
2) Provide replies to technical inquiries from customers(help desk);
3) Provide on-site technical service to customers, including pre-sale products demos, training and after-sale services (System integration, installation, commissioning, troubleshooting , certificate check and etc);issue the application & service report, quality report , failure report
4) Responsible for inspection of products quality and analyze defects;develop a deep understanding of the application
5) Responsible to design and make products demos and inspection facilities; Assist in the exhibition demos
6) Provide internal /external technical trainings
7) Responsible for translation of products specifications and other technical information; issue of the technicall-related documents, such as technical escalation (1st to 2nd level, 2nd level to HQ AG)
8) Develop customer-facing documentation for SICK website on an as-needed basis.
9) Co-work with other colleagues to achieve the team's goals whenever needed

Job requirements：
1) Bachelor or above educational background with major in automation, or electrical ,or electronics or the relevant engineering
2) At least 2 years technical knowledge & experience in the automation industries experience as the technical supervisor is a strong plus
3) Good English reading ,written ,oral ,listening skills (CET 4 is the least) ; good command in Excel, Word , Windows operation and Power Point CET 6 is preferred
4) Technical know-how, customer/result-oriented, self-motivated, with strong spoken and written communication skill and problem-solving skill,
5) Teamwork, responsible, innovative,self-confident,Integrity.
