Position Title : Maintenance Technologist
Business or Function: Styrenics M&E
Location: Zhangjiagang
Reports To (Title & Name): Senior Production Leader
Position Purpose:
This position is to help in the maintenance activities in relation to the ABS plant commissioning, startup and routine operations post startup which includes day to day maintenance of the plant mechanical equipment, implement/optimize preventive maintenance plan, to achieve the reliability and safety goal.
Prime Responsibilities:
Prior to Stat Up
1.Participate in the ABS plant commissioning work which includes leading small team to perform assigned tasks.
2.Be trained in ABS plant maintenance technology.
3.Learn ABS and PS technology and train new maintenance personnel when necessary.
Post Start Up
1.Repair and monitor all plant mechanical equipment, ensure their safe/proper function in view of targets for reliability and safety.
2.Responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of mechanical devices.
3.Deliver preventive and predictive maintenance plans to complete tasks per schedule.
4.Work out maintenance records and reports timely.
5.Provide a technical support for production.
6.Manage plant MRO and spare parts store in a cost-effective manner.
7.Setting up and implement maintenance management systems to support the safe and efficient maintenance of the started up ABS train.
Qualifications/Knowledge/Skills:
1.Education: minimum college diploma in mechanical discipline, marine engineering, applied science.
2.Experience: Min 6 years Manufacturing experience. Experienced in performance maintenance tasks in mechanical discipline.
3.Communication: Fluent in read, write and speak English in a work environment.
