职位描述：
Main responsibilities:
1.Work closely with internal team and external supplier to ensure the new products developing compliances with development
   plan and customer requirement.
   与内部团队及外部供应商紧密合作确保新产品开发符合开发计划和客户需求
2.Collect product market intelligence particularly to complete application info for all product sold in local market and ensure the
    correctness
    搜集售后产品的市场信息特别是要完善所有在本地市场销售的新产品的应用信息并确保准确性
3.Build and maintain product catalog for local market, further to keep regular updating with new launches.
    建立和维护本地市场的产品目录，并保持定期更新
4.Define necessary package requirement and service instructions for new product launch.
    为新产品上市制定必要的包装要求及产品维修服务说明书
5.New Product definition and data maintenance in PDM and SAP
    在PDM 及SAP系统进行新产品定义及数据维护
6.Define reasonable product performance requirement and test specification.
   制定合理的产品性能要求和测试规范
7.Take charge of the technical analysis of returned product and create analysis report.
   负责投诉产品的技术分析并提供报告
8.Provide technical support and guidance for FTE China sales agencies
   为FTE中国的经销商提供技术支持及指导
9.Keep close contact and communication with global aftermarket product management team, ensure the local development
   workflows in line with FTE group development process.
   与全球售后产品管理团队保持紧密接触及沟通，确保本地开发流程与FTE集团开发过程一致

Requirements:
1.College degree and above，major in Automotive/ Mechanical engineering or related field
    大学专科及以上学历，汽车/机械工程专业或相关专业
2.At least 3 year experiences in the Auto parts industry in the aftermarket product development or management function.
    至少3年以上汽车行业售后产品开发或管理岗位的工作经验
3.Experience with Clutch and brake hydraulic systems in the automotive industry
    有汽车行业离合器及制动液压系统相关经验
4.Acceptable oral and written English language
    良好的英语读写能力
5.Proficient with office software such as Word, Excel, PPT etc, SAP preferred
    熟练使用办公自动化软件如Word, Excel及PPT等，会SAP优先
6.Basic knowledge space about quality system and environment standard requirements
   有质量及环境体系标准的基本知识
7.Good communication skills,ability to work in cross functional teams
   良好的沟通能力，能进行跨职能团队间的协作
8.Ability to solve problems in the daily operations
   能很好处理日常工作中的问题
9.Willingness to travel
