Mission of function

- Control at project level and monthly close at COPA level with monthly project review

- Communicate with related dept. and customer in order to help to achieve the monthly/annually OI&TO Target

- Follow all key projects and analyze the cost

- Monitor project cost and generate monthly project cost report

- Internal: CoC, R&D,Controlling,Production,Logistic,Purchasing,IT

- External: Customer SLC related department

Task

- Make reports-refer to billing information, make and analyze regular reports regarding commission, license fee and actual product and project cost by type. Refer to order information, make and analyze regular reports by responsible region-monthly closing

- Operate SAP-create sales order and project, do delivery and billing in SAP, cost run, calculate actual project cost-accurate data

- Control project level ―― in charge of project commercial affair from project income to project billing, like: create project in SAP, down payment/process payment tracking, delivery, billing, sales planning etc...-all project under control

Knowledge

- University graduate, majoring in Finance or Accounting;

- 1-2years related costing / controlling working experience in manufacturing companies,

Experience

- 1-2 years of related working experience

Education and Language

- Good command of English

- Good knowledge on MS Office, especially for Excel; Good SAP knowledge

- Teamwork spirit, initiative, prudent and earnest
