职位描述：
Objective of function：
1. Help technical support manager in doing some tests in the application lab inlcluding potting compound, varnish and resin
2. Help technical support manager in providing technical support and training to customers, Sales managers and Internal sales.
3. Competition analysis- Benchmarking exercise in the lab
4. Participate to tank maintenance analysis and recommendation associated
5. Coordinate and secure customer sampling

Main tasks：
1. Lab tests on resins and varnishes
2. Application trials in the lab on customer motors, generators, transformers and testing associated
3. Provide technical documents and trial reports to customers, sales managers and internal sales for sales development
4. Make trials at customer site in accordance with sales requirements, R&D support and GPM strategy
5. Give Urgent support on site to customers under technical support manager supervision
6. Tank control of customers and recommendation supervised by the technical support manager (tank maintenance)
7. Control and / or Secure the quality of customer trials samples

Responsibilities / Authority：
1. Assist to investigate and solve quality complaints or technical developments raised by customers
2. Assist to answer any customers technical questions in relation to the resins quality & use

Education：
1. Diploma/Degree in Chemistry, Polymer Material or Polymer Science
2. English language fluent speaking
3. Additional experience in technical support or laboratory work in varnishes is an asset

Professional experience：
Experience on resin/polymer chemistry in electrical field will be an advantage. Fresh graduate is also ok.

Technical / Specialist competence：
1. Key specification of resins well understood
2. English is a must to allow communications with customers, Von Roll headquarter, Sales managers, PM, R&D
3. Competences in resin/varnish application process will be highly appreciated
4. Basic knowledge of insulating materials and systems would be a plus 举报 分享
