职位描述：
工作地点西安，可安排 home base
Responsibility

1. Responsible for the software upload, software upgrade,software troubleshooting for PV products such as wafer, cell, module and laminator equipment. Help customer to start their production line.

2. Responsible for the software part jobs of equipment maintenance,upgrade retrofit.

3. Receive customer calls and try to solve the problem via phone or remote control.

4. Customer relationship maintenance, understand the customer's equipment running status. Help customer to improve the quality, yield,etc.

5. Technical support for sales.

6. Proactively provide the service to customer, report and discuss with the line manager to improve own performance such as productivity, service quality,etc.

Skills

1. Familiar with mechanical, PLC techonolgy

2.Familiar with software design, coding, maintain, upgrad etc.

3. 2 years customer service experience, PV or semiconductor background is a plus.

4. Solid technical knowledge, problem solving ability.

5.MS office software skill




Requirement

-Team working spirt

-Simiar software background is preferred

-Bachelor degree. Major in electronic, software or semiconductor
