- Management of sales commercial issues

- Coordinate relevant departments to take control of export control on projects according to export control policy

Task

- Assist to take export control —— regulate and monitor related persons to make dummy material coding and DAMEX check referring to reservation clause —— no working error

- Establishment, maintenance and administration of an ECC department

- Assume governance on implementation, maintenance and controlling of the Siemens Internal Control Program on Export Control and Customs (ICP) within SSLS

- Implementation of internal Siemens regulations into SSLS regulations

- Implementation of national legal regulations into internal SSLS regulations

- Analysis of business and logistic processes regarding Export Control and Customs relevant issues and alignment of these processes, including integration of Export Control and Customs tools into local IT systems (master data bases and order processing systems, including establishment and maintenance of system documentation, e.g. SPS implementation guideline, master data documentation guideline, change request processes, etc.)

- Organization of Export Control and Customs compliance processes within SSLS

- Creation of SSLS-specific training conception and program based on Siemens company internal and legal requirements including training of employees

- Selection of qualified personnel (to be agreed with ECC ONE)

- Permanent information update of employees concerning Export Control and Customs

- Involvement in the process of checking end use and end user, according to Export Control and Customs guidelines

- Decisions arising from DAMEX checks

- Preparation and handling of export licenses as well as fulfilment of license conditions

- Organizing of origin of goods and Preferential Origin determinations in the Sector company

- Implementation of regulations (developed by ECC ONE) for and controlling of Customs security programs

- Import and export transactions

- Identification of goods received pursuant to customs regulations in accordance with Regional / Sector company-specific regulations

- Monitoring of relevant data for customs and customs value declarations

- Determination of customs value

- Review of customs value by means of account reconciliation

- Arranging payment of import charges / checking tax assessments

- Development and maintenance of export control and customs relevant product master data "

- Support ECC ONE to conduct regular internal reviews in line with review requirements

- Conducting regular spot checks

- Realization and monitoring of activities, deriving from external audits and internal reviews

- Reporting in accordance with the Siemens Corporate reporting procedures (to CEO CFO and ECC ONE)

- Participation in national ECC working groups (on demand)

Knowledge

- Be familiar with company Workflow

- Use skillfully MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

- Be able to work efficiently, seriously and responsibly

- Have ability of communication, English reading and writing

- 2 years of related working experience
