Mission of function

- Responsible for assisting Operation Manager in manufacture support and lean area. Acts as a key resource to solve main issues in the manufacture engineer field. Research and develop the tool, processes, machines and equipment. Manages and trains related field of shop floor staff.

Contacts (internal / external)

- Internal: Quality; Engineering; Logistic; Foreman; Operator

Task

- Research and develop the tools, machines and equipment for drive assembly process to increase productivity; use PoKa YoKe method to improve line quality

- Integrate the facilities and systems for producing quality products with optimal expenditure.

- Analysis quality problem with engineering and quality department to find out root cause of problem happen in production.

- Take the lead of trial run production, coordinated with other department like R&D, quality, logistic

- Cooperate with industrial engineer to improve production layout and material and information flow.

- Montior and keep the main KPIs of shop floor (SQDP) to continuous improvement,

Knowledge

- Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or related major.

- Fluent in written and spoken English.

Experience

- More than 5 years working experience of manufacturing engineer in large scale equipment manufacturing .
