Goals/Mission:
- Import & export customs clearance operations including CIQ declarations
- Well coordination with internal and external of SCM Siemens group for logistic support
- Well control and operate the bonded account and offset accordingly with Customs
- Well communication skill with related governments, forwarders and brokers.
- Optimize LG process;

Working Partners/Contacts:
- Internal contact: Internal: SD, SCM BU’s, PLM BU’s, SLC, BA, CS, GG(SCM&PLM);
- External contact: External: Forwarders, Brokers, Customs, CIQ, consignees

Tasks:
- Fulfill the whole process of import & export customs & CIQ's declaration to ensure the goods quickly released from customs & CIQ
- Apply for the import & export licenses
- Collect the import & export documents and transfer them to BA for offset timely
- Input and maintain the export delivery data in SAP in compliance with internal partner of SCM, CS, PLM and external with SCM Siemens in Germany
- Coordinate and push the forwarder / broker to meet the requirements of import and export customs & CIQ declaration efficiently and report their performance to the supervisor
- Internal cooperation and support for SCM, PLM import & export issues, domestic delivery collaboration with SLC, etc.
- Management and setting KPI of forwarder & broker for evaluation so that SD’s performance can be measured reasonably and realistically
- Operate customs bonded EDI system, check bonded stock, account and offset according the customs regulation
- Implement Siemens Logistic Strategy for compliance and optimize the logistics field

Education:
- Bachelor or above

Knowledge/Languages:
- SAP input and maintain methods & skill
- Import & Export customs clearance and Logistics knowledge
- Source and Delivery process knowledge
- English
- English Fluently both in oral and writing

Experience:
- More than 5 years working experience in logistics or related professional
- Better having got the customs & CIQ clearance license
- Multiple intercultural knowledge base and strong communication skill
- Collaboration with internal and international team
