职位描述：
职责及主要工作
1. Self-service banking industry related software solution delivery including requirement study, coding, User Acceptant testing support, pilot support and documents and installation disk preparation.
        自助银行相关软件的实施与交付，包括需求分析，编码，验收测试支持，试运行
2. Trip to based location and other cities to do the tasks if necessary.
        出差到国内指定城市完成项目
3. Prepare statement-of-work, User Acceptant Testing test cases, operation manuals and installation manuals.
        准备工作说明书，验收测试案例，操作员手册及安装手册等文档；
4. ATM controller program enhancement, upgrade and maintenance.
        ATM应用程序的开发，升级和维护；
5. Follow the instruction from his/her supervisors, Project Manager and Professional Service Manager.
        服从直接领导，项目经理及PS经理的工作分配，并按要求完成相关工作
6. Quick response to hotline inquiry and problem report.
        对报告的问题进行快速响应
7. Conduct technical or operation training to Service Division, solution partners and end-users.
        对服务部门，合作伙伴及最终用户进行培训
8. Learn & familiar with business know-how and technical know-how on self-service banking industry.
        熟悉并且能够学习掌握自助银行的相关知识
9. Acquire the technical know-how from R&D
       向R&D获取相关信息，用于项目实施.
10. Well cooperate with sales manager, service engineer and other support staff during project and problem solving.
        在项目进行及问题解决过程中，能够与客户经理，服务工程师及其他支持人员进行良好合作
11. Customer expectation management skills such as presentation skills, customer know how, when and what solution will be deployed.
       具有客户期望值管理，如演讲，了解客户需求，项目实施管理等
12. Other tasks assigned by the superior and the company.
       完成由直接领导或者公司安排的其他任务
岗位要求：
1. At least 1 years of working experience in terminal system SW/application development/deployment.
        在终端系统开发/实施方面有至少1年经验
2. Knowledge of C++ is a must.
        有C/C++开发经验
3. Experience in self-service industry is a definite advantage.
        具有自助设备方面的经验
4. Experience in ATM&CRS MV application development is a definite advantage.
        具有自助设备应用程序开发经验
5. English in writing & reading is a must
        英语读写能力
6. Quality Assurance knowledge is a definite advantage.
        具有QA经验
7. Windows driver developement experience based on Windows API is an advantage.
       具有Windows驱动开发经验者优先
8. Eager to acquire the technical know-how.
        有较强学习能力
