Responsibilities
？ Operational work:
- In charge of daily AR work, sales contract filing, invoicing, bookkeeping and following AR and project status with Clients and coworkers.
- In charge of daily AP work, vendor contract filing, expense report, bookkeeping and make sure the expenses are within company annual budget.
- Daily banking: in charge of payments.
- GL bookkeeping: Fixed assets, payroll, intangible assets, tax, etc.
- Assist BD/Project teams on any finance related issues.
- Monthly and Quarterly tax filing and any other reports requested by the government.
- Prepare month end journal voucher.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax bureau, banks and government agencies.
- Assist Finance managers on daily works.

Requested competencies:
？ General:
- Result and customer oriented
- Strong sense of accountability and responsibility with integrity and trust
- Ability to progress autonomously and strong learning ability
- Collaborative sense
- Cross cultural Sensitivity with proficiency in English as well as Mandarin
？ Financing specific
- Bachelor degree or above, major in Finance or Accounting
- Above one year work experience.
- Quality acumen with an attention to details
- Capacity for financial acumen
