Position:
Responsibility：
- Lead and develop facility maintenance team and supervise security service provider to provide shared service for all business unit in SGTP building.
- Develop and Implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs for facilities.
- Implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs for facilities.
- Manage all maintenance related matters and corrective actions to ensure the plant facilities are maintained under good condition and will achieve their outmost operation time, facility troubleshooting and repair.
- Manage outsourcing of supplies and services related to facilities maintenance activities where needed.
- Manage contract execution and contracts/suppliers to control quality issues, costs and budgets and solve conflicts or problems when necessary.
- Work and Coordinate with IMS department and/or local authorities to ensure strict compliance with local and internal requirements in health, safety and environment, such as elevator, pressure vessel and devices, crane and etc.
- Develop technical innovation and continuously improvement of common facilities.
- Dealing with work orders of facility service request and emergency response.
- Train and build up skilled facility technician group.
- Energy consumption statistics and analysis monthly.
- Set up and maintain and reorder all facility related spare parts.
- Lead security personnel. Ensure a secure and safe working environment.
- Establishing and maintaining close liaison with local Police bureau, landlord, security service provider and other BUs in company buildings.
- Managing entrance & exit access into company's buildings/office suites through the effective usage of automated access control systems.
- Conducting security inspections as directed by local management and in consultation company regional security management.
- Assisting in the risk categorization of company's buildings and internal areas, and in identifying the security requirements for such buildings.
- Reporting all security or crime related incidents to local management and company regional security.
- Provision of security awareness training to all new hires as part of their induction process and to all other staff on a regular basis.
- Assisting in the conduct of investigations into breaches of security, or in disciplinary or criminal matters, as required.
- Supervion of fire fighting system with correctly regular inspected and maintained by service contractor.




Qualification：
- Bachelor degree in engineering discipline
- Precision of power supply and distribution with certificate of High Voltage and firefighting management , and be skills with HVAC and power supply system.
- Good Knowledge about scheduling and reporting, should be able to communicate English oral and written.
- 5 years working experience in international companies in similar position.
- Good communication skill and teamwork sprit
- Have some background in ISO14001&ISO18001quality system skills.
- Be good at AutoCAD.
- Work experience with foreign experts is necessary
