职位描述
Goals/Mission
-Collecting and archiving the CDS from logistic department
-Recording and tracing back the CDS usage status in excel form
-Registering necessary information on SAFE system for overdue CDS
-Providing correct and enough CDS relevant documents to GSS AF
-Matching CDS, invoice, PO and FX payment application before actual payment
-Going to SAFE and local bank to handling urgent cases
-Other ad hoc tasks required by procurement and treasury controller
