1. 数据挖掘、数据计量学、统计学、计算机等相关专业大学本科（含）以上学历；
2. 有spss、sass、R、python等一种或几种挖掘工具经验者优先；
3. 对业务数据、用户行为数据、客户相关数据进行分析并建立分析预测模型经验者优先；
4. 熟练使用EXCEL、PPT等office工具；
5.具有出色的逻辑分析能力和对数据的敏感度，善于发现问题和独立问题解决能力；
6.具有团队精神。
