Regional Sales Manager, East China/Northwest China - World’s Largest Professional Audio Company - Based in Shanghai and Chengdu

Regional Sales Manager

This company has 3 divisions in China (Lifestyle, Entertainment and Professional). This role belongs to Professional Division which focuses on Professional Audio Product for many kinds of professional shows, such as theatre, drama, concert, etc. And this division is newly set up this year, and it is in a fast growing process of the department.

This management job requires individual who can be located in Shanghai or Chengdu, are able to travel extensively throughout China.


Responsibilities:
? This individual is required to have pro audio technical background, management skills, channels and networks to drive the sales growth year after year.
? This job also requires technical knowledge about all Harman brands, product, application knowledge, and some installation knowledge, execution skills, communication skill as well as English skill.
? This position requires team work, excellent working spirit, clear vision, sustaining intensive sales pressure, and performance driving.

The job will be responsible for sales plan, forecast and production demand plan, marketing, product show, budget, bonus plan, new product launching, project management, day to day management, and etc.


Qualifications:
? Bachelor degree required, master degree preferred.
? 15 years pro audio sales experience, 8 years management experience.
? Good tracking record and willing to work under intensive pressure.
