职位描述：
Main Responsibilities
？ Directs all the activities of material planning and control, including the development of objectives, policies and processes;
？ Directs all the activities of production planning and control, including the development of objectives, policies and processes;
？ Leads the analysis and determination of appropriate order, inventory, and replenishment policies;
？ Confers with relevant department managers to determine status of material need according to production planning;
？ Responsible for overall aspects of import/export activities including customer service, billing, cargo tracking, customs clearance, inland transportation, and overseas communication;
？ Responsible for planning and coordinating company-wide distribution activities to meet the required service level goals;
？ Selects, manages and maintains high level relationship with third party distribution vendors;
？ Manages and be responsible for department budget and expense;
？ Manages, trains and develops department subordinates.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
？ Bachelor degree or above, major in Logistics relative is preferred；
？ At least 8 years working experience in Logistic field. 3 years or above working experience in a managerial position, in foreign owned company, and in a manufacturing company;
？ Sufficient knowledge on the operations of import/export, distribution center, material/production planning etc;
？ Strong team work spirit, good communication and interpersonal skills;
？ Good People Management capability;
？ Strong problem analysis and solving ability;
？ Good project management experience, able to handle and coordinate among several projects;
？ Good command of both spoken and written English;
？ Familiar with MS Office and other relative logistics software, such as ACCPAC, SAP;
？ Hardworking and accountable;
？ Can work comfortable in a fast moving and evolving environment. 举报 分享
